Barn och ungas hälsa

Allt fler ungdomar mår allt sämre psykiskt visar forskning och studier. Det kommer krav på hur man ska vara från föräldrar, vänner, skola och inte minst genom sociala medier.

Överkalix kommun och Region Norrbotten har en gemensam webbplats. Namnet SAGA kommer från SamArbete och Gemensamt Ansvar för barn och ungas psykiska hälsa.

Här kan du som ung få råd och stöd i vart du kan vända dig, läsa om olika sjukdomar och svårigheter.
Du som vuxen kanske vill veta vart man kan vända sig när ett barn eller en ungdom behöver hjälp.

Du kan hitta information om olika typer av problem och svårigheter som man kan ha som barn eller ungdom. Du kan också hitta uppgifter om vilka verksamheter i kommunen/ landstinget som har i uppgift att ge stöd till barn, ungdomar och deras familjer. Där står också hur du kan komma i kontakt med de verksamheterna.

Om du som är ung har några frågor kan du självklart vända dig till skolans kurator, skolsköterska eller till oss inom socialtjänsten.
